Hi! I’m Dani,
I am a photographer in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with a passion for families. Before taking photography full time, I worked several jobs which developed in me a passion for documentary-style family photography. These jobs include nannying, local church communications, and Summer camp photography. Each of these gave me a growing desire to be able to document the beauty of the every day life for the every day family.
I believe every family has a unique story and I want to help you tell it. In portrait photography, there is nothing more special than a joy-filled, candid photo that carries with it countless memories of a time that you hold dear.

These sessions happen in the comfort of your own home during an activity that your famliy enjoys doing together. This style is perfect for parents who love high quality, candid photos and for toddlers who might not be interested in posing and smiling in front of a camera. Sessions starting at $400.

These sessions also happen in home, but are much more structured. I come with comfortable prompts and poses for pictures of your family in the place they consider home. These photos feature candid laughter in a more organized experience. Sessions starting at $400

These are the tried and true sessions known and loved by the masses. We’ll work together to find an outdoor location. You bring your family all dressed up and cute and I’ll bring prompts and poses that make you feel relaxed in front of the camera. Sessions starting at $375.

I offer a highly personalized experience. This call allows me to hear your vision for the session and gives you the chance to ask any questions.
On the call, we can find an available date for the session. As soon as you pay the retainer fee and sign our agreement, that date is all yours.

What people are saying
FAQs
What should my family wear?
Pick one color that you’re loving this year and coordinate around that color with neutrals and simple, complimentary patterns. For young children, it’s anything that matches, but also clothes that you know will help your children feel comfortable. After booking, I am here for any consult questions about outfits and locations!
When do I recieve the gallery?
I deliver all your photos within two weeks of the shoot. They are available for free, high-resolution, digital download for the next year.
How long is a given shoot?
My shoots are all at minimum 45 minutes. I know how challenging it can be to get multiple young children to behave at the same time! I’ve seen short shoots can lead to stressed parents and stressed smiles, and that’s not what any of us want. I give you and your family time to feel comfortable in front of the lens.
How many photos do I recieve?
Limiting photos based on price doesnt appeal to me. These are sweet memories for your family, so I give you every photo worth keeping. This tends to be 80+ lightly edited photos, depending on the length of the session and size of the family.
Where can I find your pricing?
After you inquire, I’ll send you a PDF detailing my packages and pricing. We can discuss which package suits your family best and move forwad from there. For the Traditional style session, packages start at $375, while the Documentary and Liftstyle sessions start at $500 with discounts available for Pastors and indoor sessions between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
Do you travel?
Yes! I primarily serve the Dallas and Des Moines areas, but I’ll travel to you! I have a special pricing PDF for any shoot further than a 75 minute drive. All prices are as listed in the PDFwith no added fees.
